The Project

A small commercial site in the centre of Reading with a DPP for 9 x residential units which had been owned as a small family run business as an electrical contractors and due to retirement the site was to be sold.

Outcome

The site was sold in 2021 to a local development company called Kings Meadow Homes who have subsequently built the planned units and they are now fully occupied.
